Very merry Christmas

So now it is Christmas and the waiting is over.. I hope Christmas will meet your expectations. And if not (which will be more logic), don´t be hard on your self. Sure, Christmas is about giving well-over-thought gifts, decorating the house beautiful, eating fantastic food! Happy feelings and satisfied smiles. But in some cases Christmas can totally crash your expectations. When the decoration is just not glamourous enough or a person didn´t react the way you wanted when they opened your present. Old habits of family-members start to come up, during what was supposed to be a lovely dinner! 

You know, nobody is perfect. People will never be the way you want them to be.You can not fix everything, so not even you are perfect! There was one man, over 2000 years ago.. He came to this earth and was above all of our expectations. He was and still is perfect. That is what I celebrate today. Because He is the hope that I´ve been waiting for.

Getting all Christmassy..

There has been falling so much snow that the swings have been totally buried under the snow. Of course these photos are not completely natural. I mean I almost lost all my energy trying to make the swing visible again, then hanging all these cute hearts in the tree. Not to mention that it was getting dark veeeery quick.
but hey.. in little more than a week it is Christmas, so why not get all christmassy :)

Choosing the perfect Christmas Tree

This weekend we went out with the whole family to choose the perfect christmas tree(s)! Our very nice and helpfull friend Pelle borrowed us his land of trees! At the end even the little ones got their own little tree. Isn´t choosing your own real tree the ultimate christmas feeling? The smell of it and the intense green colour! Even when the tree falls apart after all those cosy days, it shows that he had a good christmas with a lot of people and wonderfull moments..

Towards Christmas

A little something different then that you are used of me. After a lot of people-photo´s... some warm house decorating images that will fill your heart with warmth longings towards Christmas. Just had a wonderfull calming weekend with just my parents and my little boy. While it was so cold and grey outside, inside it was warm and cosy! What an inspiration my mother is to me, with her candles and all kinds of cute stuff.. Christmas will always be the best whenever I am with them. Thanks mom and dad, for learning me all these things!
